I help organisations put strategy into practice. My work combines leadership alignment, technology adoption and the changes to everyday work that turn investment into results.
Today, through Unda Novem, I focus on AI implementation and adoption. I work with executive teams to identify where AI can create value, prioritise investment and lead implementation—helping their teams build the skills and ways of working to use it effectively.
I spent ten years living in San Francisco, working across corporate strategy, product innovation and enterprise software adoption. At Deutsche Telekom’s consulting firm Detecon, I progressed from business analyst to Director of Strategy & Innovation in under six years. I helped expand its US presence and led programmes for clients including BMW, Daimler and FIFA, as well as government agencies in Europe and the US. At Meta, I was Head of Strategy for Audio, working with product, UX and sound design teams on immersive audio.
As the founder of Wave Nine, I built a team of more than 20 people that delivered over 250 OKR programmes. Many of these engagements included rolling out WorkBoard’s AI-powered strategy execution platform, combining software implementation with leadership alignment, training and organisational change. Making the technology useful meant embedding it in how teams set priorities, make decisions and review progress.
I stepped down as CEO at the end of 2024, with strong local leadership in place. The lessons from this work also informed my book, The OKR Blueprint, published by Kogan Page.
Now based in Berlin, I bring that combination of strategy, implementation and adoption experience to organisations investing in AI—helping them move from promising technology to measurable improvements in how their business works.
